This two-story house, like the previous one, prominently features materials such as wood and concrete, embodying a modern yet warm aesthetic. The design comprises two distinct blocks, which are ingeniously connected by a spacious hallway with expansive windows. These large windows allow an abundance of natural light to stream into the hallway, creating a bright and airy atmosphere that enhances the overall sense of openness within the home.
The thoughtful architectural design serves to clearly delineate the more public areas from the private ones. On one side of the hallway, you’ll find the living room, dining area, and kitchen. These spaces are designed for socializing and entertaining. The extensive use of wood in these areas adds warmth, while the concrete elements provide a modern, industrial touch.
On the other side of the hallway, the design ensures privacy and tranquility for the more intimate spaces of the home. This section includes the bedrooms, bathrooms, and a playroom.
This design by Leone Loray not only emphasizes the aesthetic appeal of natural materials but also prioritizes functional and practical living.
